Run-4-It North DistrictCross Country League 2011 2012
100% effort from everyone today, the last race of the league at Nairn, great big thank-yous to all, especially to Alice Kerr who forced me to do a run, that I really didn't want to do (despite it being my 2nd favourite course) but thoroughly enjoyed every leg-aching, chest-heaving, thinking I'm going to die step of a beautiful 10k.
Congratulations to Luke Shaw, our U15 Champion.
That's effectively the end of the clubs cross-country season, time to think about and start concentrating on track n field, with the new, under even, age groups. Before that there's a 5k & 10k in Nairn next week, SEE YOU THERE.
