11 November 2019New Winter Endurance Training Guidelines
Please find attached new guidelines for all junior and adult members who wish to take part in RCAC endurance training over the winter months. These have been drawn up to ensure the safety of all taking part.
***We ask that everyone participating reads the guidelines. It would be really helpful if the parents and guardians of those under 18 also take the time to understand what is expected of athletes and if necessary make it clear to their children. ***
