For the last few years RCAC have helped with the running of and participated in the annual PUFFIN POOL FUN RUN. The event is to raise money to support the running of this fabulous local hydrotherapy facility. The 2014 event is on Sunday 28th September, registration for walkers / wheelchairs / runners of all ages at the Puffin Pool, next to Ross Memorial Hospital, Dingwall from 1.45pm. Walkers start 2.20pm, Wheelchairs 2.30pm and Runners 3.00pm
Come along and participate!!
We also are looking for at least 9 volunteers to help with the finish, 3 - 4 for registration and a couple to mark the course. Please reply to alisonclarke125@gmail.com ASAP if you are able to
help.
Any home baking is very welcome for the athletes who have completed the run. Please just hand in on the day.
