Thanks to everyone for another wonderful event, well done Alison Clarke for pulling it all together.
RCAC are proud to continue supporting and helping with the running of and participation in the annual PUFFIN POOL FUN RUN. The event is to raise money to support the running of this fabulous local hydrotherapy facility. The 2015 event is on Sunday 30th August 2015. Registration for walkers / wheelchairs / runners of all ages at the Puffin Pool, next to Ross Memorial Hospital, Dingwall from 1.pm. Walkers start 2.15pm, Wheelchairs 2.30pm and Runners 2.45pm.

PLEASE, come along and participate!!
We also are looking for volunteers to help with the finish, registration and marking the course. Please contact RCAC or the Puffin Pool, ASAP if you are able to help.
Any home baking is very welcome for the athletes who have completed the run, just hand it in on the day.
