Big shout out also for Arran Buchanan. Not satisfied with getting a new league record for the discus last time out, he smashed it again today by over two metres to record a new mark of 24.90m! This was recognised by all team managers on the day who agreed that Arran should be awarded the trophy for best field performance of the day by a male athlete! Well done Arran! It'll be a while before that one is broken again.......
