The people have spoken and Tuesdays proved most popular in the vote. Here are the dates and venues for the diary for those wanting to take part. I will give more detailed description of where to meet closer to the time.
27/08/19 - Race 1 - Evanton - hilly with techy single track
10/09/19 - Race 2 - Alness - The steeplechase
17/09/19 - Race 3 - Culbokie - flattish but technical
24/09/19 - Race 4 - Contin - motorway with a climb
16/10/19 - Race 5 - Mystery location
All races are roughly 5k in distance. Race results will be age graded on the time completed. winner after age graded calculation will take 100pts. There is a 1pt bonus for each race you attend. The best 4 races out of the 5 will be scored for final results.
I will need a few helpers mainly with registration/timekeeping and result recording and a couple of marshalls each race would be ideal. The routes will be marked before hand so if everyone is observant then there should be no missing runners.
