Joining up with Muir of Ord Jog Scotland for a beach run, all welcome. This from MoO JS website:
Wed. afternoon: Anyone brave enough to try a beach run at Fortrose, meet me at 1.30 pm in Muir of Ord or 2.00 pm at Chanonry Point in Fortrose (past the golf course and park by the Lighthouse). The car park will probably be very icy, but the beach should be OK.
