BRILLIANT day at the North District Championships, for the Black n Reds. Lots of great performances and until I see the full results, I can only comment on what I saw. Highlight of the day was a RCAC 1-2 in the U13Boys 100m Final, Arran Buchanan, for his 1st of 2 Track Golds, just pipping the U13 Boy 75m Hurdle winner Alexander MacKay. Arran following it up his 100m win with a 200m Gold. Dave O won Hammer and was 2nd in Shot, Alex Ellen third in 1500m, Lewis Urquhart through to the 200m Final. Good efforts from Sean Kelt(in a tough 800m,) Erin MacKay, Heather Bruce and Florrie Donald (looks like it was a 200m PB for Florrie.) More to come when the results are in.
