North District Cross Country League
The mini-bus for the first race in the Run-4-It North District XC League, at Thurso, on Saturday 4th Oct 13, will leave Dingwall Leisure Centre at 0915. You should bring: Consent Form (U16s travelling unaccompanied), club vest, plenty of food, it's a long day, water not fizzy, waterproofs, wellies, change of clothes – course is very muddy, warm clothes, running gear, ANYTHING else I've missed, such as homework, DS etc. If you want a seat on the bus, contact Tom NOW. sairlegs@yahoo.co.uk
