A half dozen + one club runners turned out for the annual 5km Jogscotland Challenge at Inverness on Wednesday evening.
Fair weather prevailed for the duration of the race and our very own Douglas Holland made it home in a splendid time of 19:44 and 8th place. Closely followed by the first of the Mathiesons - Tom 22:26. The rest of us trotting in as follows Logan 25:08, Alison C 25:48 (pb), Annelise G 29:37, Lauren 33:25 and Iona 37:33.
The rain commenced just in time for the prizegiving, although this did not prevent some of the troup from getting a prize - well done!
The club also provided some volunteers for marshalling, we thank Alasdair & Family along with David O for their help.
It's a great flat scenic route and is highly recommended to you all for next year.
