Another fine performance from our Club Athletes on a brilliantly sunny day. I for one had a PB in the heat, shaved a whole second off my 1500m time!!

Quote from the Coach..."Yet again, there were some great individual results, which in turn gave good team results. The Under 15 Boys were our only age group winners. Unfortunately, our Under 13 Girls will not be in the Finals this year. All other age groups, with the obvious exceptions of the Under 17's, have made it! Well done to everybody concerned."
