As of 31st August we will be running an end of season League Table competition for all those attending training. We will we carrying this on until the October holidays, and, to make the most of the light, training will start at 6.30pm, ending as darkness falls around 8pmish.
This is a fun competition with points awarded according to IAAF Scoring Tables. The scoring system is not designed for inter-age group or male v female competition, it is only suitable for like v like comparisons.
