Due to the darkening nights and expected wet weather, it has been decided that outdoor training will stop after Tuesday 9th September 2008.
Training will now start indoors from Tuesday 16th September, within the main gym hall, at Dingwall Academy, from 7.30 pm to 9pm.
The school have requested that athletes should bring a separate pair of indoor shoes, which should have non-marking soles, while training in their new gym halls.
