The North District Cross-country Relay Championships, hosted by Inverness Harriers were held at Bught Park, Inverness on Saturday 9th October. In an event designed for teams of 3, 1 each of Under 13, 15 & 17 age groups, the club had 6 U13s, 2 U15s and one U17 to make up 2 Junior Male and 1 Junior Female team. In unseasonably nice weather and a very busy Bught Park, the 9 club athletes put on a great display of gutsy running, coming very close to the medals, with our 2 A teams being 4th placed and very close to the top 3 teams. Worthy of a special mention are Hanna Cleghorn, who posted the fastest junior girls time of the day and Ryan Moodie, who posted the 4th fastest junior male time of the day. Individual times for the twisting and challenging 2.5km course were as follows:
