Luke Shaw beats thousands to win the Baxters Loch Ness 5k for the second year in a row, one day after a gruelling XC at Thurso. Nice one spikester!
Bronze For Boys
Two female and two male teams stepped out at Dornoch for the North District XC Relays. Erin, Heather, Nina, Niamh, Molly, Mhairi, Finlay, Adam, Logan, Luke, Ryan & Paul flew the flag for RCAC with Finlay, Luke & Ryan coming home with a bronze, another nice one guys.
